Pinkfresh Studio April Challenge

I played along in the Pinkfresh Studio April Challenge. This month is all about flowers!!

Here's my card.

I have had this Magnolia Stamp, die, and stencil set for a while and it hadn't seen ink....  It was stamped with versamark and heat embossed with Brutus Monroe gilded gold. Using the coordinating stencils I blended in two shades of pink and die cut with the coordinating die. I also die cut in gold cardstock and layered behind the stenciled flowers. The background is the Overlapping Geo Leaf die- blended lightly in the corners. The sentiment is from a Create and Connect Event stamped in versamark and embossed in gilded gold. Added a few gold pearls

Hoping you have a great day and thanks for stopping by!!

Pinkfresh Studio March Challenge

I played along in the March Pinkfresh Studio challenge. This month you have the choice to use the colors or layer it up or use both the colors and add layers. I chose the layers with a few of the colors mixed in.

Here's my card.

I played with the newly released Circle Florals suite of products using three of the suggested colors (coral reef, sky blue, and meadow). The image was stamped with misty coast and the colors blended using the coordinating stencils and cut with the coordinating die. The background was created using the Stitched Diamonds coverplate and adhered on an A2 white card base.  I added a couple offset silver foiled circles and tucked the flowers underneath. The sentiment from Circle Florals was stamped with passion fruit, die cut, and adhered using dimensional foam dots. Lastly, I added a few crystal jewels for fun.

Hoping you have a great day and thanks for stopping by!!

Pinkfresh Studio November Challenge

Playing along in PFS monthly challenge for November... this month is all about texture.

I chose to play with Life is Good- a PFS and Scrapbook.com collaboration (stamp, stencil, and die).

First, I gold embossed the floral image and then, used the coordinating stencils to ink blend. Love me some PFS stencils!!! The colors I chose are close to the picture on the package- thought they were perfect for this time of year. Next, the Elongated Lattice Cover plate was adhered to 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 piece of cardstock and then adhered to an A2 fold base using foam backing. The sentiment  from My Favorite Things to Say 2 stamped in black, layered on a gold base, and popped up for dimension. Lastly, I added a few gold pearls

A little close up to see the gold embossing.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!
